Commercial Project

The plot was about 1.2m down from the access road level so we created a lower ground level for ample parking of vehicles. There is a river on the north side of the plot and south side is a meat market owned by the panchayath. We wanted to eleminate the possible odd odour which comes from the meat market by facing the buiding towards the river side and the meat market side view have been blocked by walls with no openings towards that side.
