Residential Project

The challenge was to design a residence on a 93.08 Sq.m (2.3 cents) land with a width of 4.5m. The requirements included three bathroom attached bed rooms, car park, living, dining & kitchen. The requirements were met by connecting all these functions by a strategically positioned staircase.
